The Last Owner Died In This Pas Mid-Century Mod Asking $599k

New, 14 comments

Earlier today, we learned of the existence of DiedInHouse.com, a company that will, for the low, low price of $11.99, investigate the possibility that someone--wait for it--died in your house. But here's a listing that will save you that twelve bucks, because it just comes straight out and says, "OWNER PASSED AWAY IN PROPERTY." Located on a .41-acre lot in Pasadena's Kinneloa Mesa neighborhood, the 1,500-square-foot house was built in 1947 and features two bedrooms and one and three-quarters baths. There's not a whole lot of other information about the residence supplied, and only a single photo in the listing; however, this real estate auction site notes that the property is scheduled to be auctioned in a trust sale on November 16, with inspections to be held November 2 and 9. Asking price is $599,000.
