Come Tour Robert Pattinson's Lovely Seyler House in Los Feliz

New, 30 comments

This must be how Twihards feel when they gaze at Robert Pattinson--the heavy-lidded actor's crazy-handsome Seyler House in Los Feliz has just hit the open market (with loads of photos) and it's pretty swoony. (Pattinson quietly pocket listed the place several weeks ago.) The 1922 Seyler was designed by Stiles O. Clements (of the El Capitan Theatre) and was "[o]ne of the first private residences built in the gentle hills above Los Feliz," according to the listing. It sits on 1.45 acres of gloriously landscaped land, and also comes with three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, library, dining room, a lagoon pool, an amphitheater, and a long line of entertainment industry owners, including Tim Curry, Noah Wyle, and cinematographer Robert Richardson. Pattinson picked it up in 2011 for $6.275 million and is selling for $6.75 million, which seems like a pretty great bargain unless this house is horribly haunted or something. Meanwhile, he's reportedly living in an ugly McMansion in a gated community in Beverly Hills for some reason.
