That nice Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are really settling down together--Kim is with child and now they've bought a brand new house in gated Bel Air Crest (which is itself nested inside gated Bel Air). The house was just built in 2010, but they've "already gutted it and are designing a 14,000-square-foot dream home in its place," according to TMZ: "The new home will be an Italian-style villa ... with a gym, movie theater, full hair and makeup salon, bowling alley, basketball court, indoor and outdoor pool." TMZ says K&K "have owned the house for a few weeks." Update 2:58 pm: After some confusion, TMZ has updated to finger the house shown above as the one bought by K&K. It's still listed as active on the MLS, asking $10.75 million with monthly HOAs of $933.
