The Atlantic Cities looks at a recent report on drunk driving numbers in American cities and sees that the rate of inebriated crashes appears to correspond with a city's reliance on the automobile. Among the 25 most populated cities, LA is in the middle-to-low rankings for crashes involving intoxication per 1,000 people and rate of fatal crashes involving intoxication.
