The latest Case-Shiller home pricing numbers are in (from last November) and it's mostly more of the same: "L.A. home-price gains were modest from October to November – 0.4 percent, down slightly from the September-October gain of 0.6 percent" but prices were up 7.7 percent over November 2011. SoCal tends to do a little better around the end of the year than those unfortunate places with harsh winters. [SCPR]
