Known as the Polito House, this fetching three-level house in the lower Sunset Strip was designed by Raphael Soriano in 1938. According to the trusty Triangle Modernist Houses, the International-style residence was spotlighted in the February 1946 issue of Architectural Record. Located on a street-to-street lot on Queens Road, it features two bedrooms, two baths, "a continuous band of well proportioned horizontal steel casement windows, swimming pool, sunning platforms and bridge to terraced gardens." Last sold in 2004 for $1.096 million, it's now listed at $1.895 million.
