Malibu is finally going to be making Pacific Coast Highway just a touch safer--and even a little bike-friendly. It's gotten $14 million in Measure R transpo tax funds that'll go toward "bike lanes, a raised median between Webb Way and Corral Canyon Road, improvements for lane configurations, a left turn signal at the intersection at Big Rock and regional traffic messaging that will include permanent and mobile messaging systems."
