The big draw to this one, for those of us with a need for some sort of architectural pedigree, is the detached guest room/studio unit designed by Thom Mayne's Morphosis. You'll notice most of the pictures are of the back house. Otherwise the main house is pretty good -- we like the bathroom a lot, and the bedrooms seem fairly spacious. Since we can't be all positive, we'll ding this house for that terrible front fence which is unfortunately done (see the huge gap between the stairs and the gate). The new owner should take some cues from surrounding front fences and open it up a little so you're not such a hermit.
