LOS ANGELES: HauteLiving talks to LA development hotshot Rick Caruso (The Grove, 8500), who discusses his possible interest in AEG, the LA Live/Staples Center/Downtown NFL stadium developer that's currently up for sale: "We've sort of taken a look at it around the edges ... If there's a part of that which would make sense for us, I'd take a look at it, but the whole package isn't our core business.
