Santa Monica's anti-nuke sculpture "Chain Reaction" limps onward: "The City Council voted Tuesday night to authorize funds to patch and secure the deteriorated sculpture and agreed to give admirers until Feb. 1, 2014, to raise funds to rebuild it."
