A state assembly member from San Francisco is pushing a new bill that would "give legal protection to people engaging in life-sustaining activities on public property. Among other activities, it specifically mentions sleeping, congregating, panhandling, urinating and 'collecting and possessing goods for recycling, even if those goods contain alcoholic residue.'" In response, a member from Chino Hills tells homeless people not to "impose your lifestyle on everybody else." [SacBee]
