Well, look at this puppy here: It's called the Hutton House Estate for some reason and, despite being built in 2000, has "timeless grandeur and elegance." (It's also "one of the finest estates in the Beverly Hills Area." Read: Beverly Crest.) Between 2004 and 2005, it appears to have belonged to Curtis Somoza, according to Blockshopper; Somoza went to prison in 2007 for a $64 million Ponzi scheme "that bilked 63 investors in California and Texas with false promises of huge returns from investments in a bond-trading program and a life insurance pool that would benefit members of African-American churches in South Los Angeles," according to a press release on the FBI's website. In 2005, the house was transferred into the name of an LLC, so it's possible Somoza's still involved somehow. The Hutton House sits on 5.2 acres and comes with seven bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, a dining room, a library, a gym, a sauna, and a wine cellar. It's been on and off the market for a while; right now it's asking $37.5 million.
