A judge has denied a temporary restraining order that would've stopped worked on the Chinatown Walmart. A couple of labor groups had requested the order ahead of a November 13 hearing in their lawsuit that could permanently stop the project (one of the groups is also appealing the issue with the city's planning department). An attorney argued that the store would negatively impact the neighborhood and "cited traffic as one of the main concerns." [SCPR]
