ECHO PARK: The two-year-old Echo Ten Thirty loft apartments are up for sale asking $9.3 million. The building has 20 apartments and three retail units (a Crossfit recently moved in) on five stories, plus 38 garage parking spaces. The Eastsider LA thinks that asking price seems a bit high for the crazy-ass Alavarado/Sunset corner (even with that kind of El Flamin Taco truck-adjacency). Rents run as high as $3,555 in the building. [Loopnet/Eastsider LA]
DOWNTOWN: Developers CIM Group are selling off the Ralphs space on the ground floor of the Market Lofts--this is the only real supermarket game in (Down)town, at least for now. The 60,000 square foot space also includes a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, a Quiznos, and a Supercuts, according to the LA Business Journal. There's no asking price on the space; offers are due September 24. [LABJ, sub. req.]
