After having followed the travails of the 101 adjacent brick building for years, we're glad to see it's finally opening up for occupancy. Originally proposed as million dollar condos under the moniker "Brownstone Lofts" it was rebranded The Bellevue Lofts LA after the original development team/owners fell into bankruptcy earlier this year. Work on the project has been on-going since the late-oughts. Units are scheduled to open up October 15th, according to a Craigslist ad for the project.
