This is just like that REM "Everybody Hurts" video except instead of being full of ennui and private suffering all these drivers are full of SPACE SHUTTLE GAWKING. People abandoning their cars to watch the space shuttle Endeavour land at LAX straight up shut down the 105 Freeway just now--the LA Times reports that "The California Highway Patrol issued a SigAlert at 12:41 p.m., saying traffic had come to a halt at Sepulveda Boulevard. It's unclear when the freeway would reopen." Twitterer @ticklemeTHAO posted this photo at 12:35 pm.
