Reese Witherspoon Lists Wallace Neff Ranch in Ojai For $10MM

New, 23 comments

Reese Witherspoon has listed her much-talked-about Wallace Neff ranch up in Ojai, reports The Hollywood Reporter. According to the listing, the Libbey Ranch property "was originally built in 1923 as stables for Edward Libbey, the glassware magnate, who is considered the 'founding father' of the town of Ojai." And that's just the beginning of the pedigree here: the ranch played the bewitching Shangri-La in Frank Capra's Lost Horizon, and has since belonged to Caddyshack/Groundhog Day director/Ghostbusters actor Harold Ramis and to celebrity designer Kathryn Ireland (whom Witherspoon bought the house from). Witherspoon was married to Jim Toth at the property in March and over the summer, poor, cuckolded Robert Pattinson was said to be hiding out there. To top it all off, Libbey Ranch was Elle Decor's September cover girl. The property is seven acres and include a four-bedroom, three and a half-bathroom main house ("with a massive stone fireplace"), three guest cottages, a barn, horse stables, a carriage house, landscaping by Jay Griffith, and a pool. Right now there are also "horses, pigs, dogs and chickens," according to THR. Asking price is $10 million.
