Having moved on from Russell Brand to John Mayer, Katy Perry is now reported to be moving on from the Laurel Canyon home she shared with Brand into a three-bedroom condo in West Hollywood's venerable Colonial House. According to the Real Estalker, the peripatetic pop star and her comedian ex purchased no fewer than three multimillion-dollar properties during their relatively brief relationship. For the time being, however, the newly single singer is exercising some restraint and merely renting a flat in the Monterey Colonial-style complex designed by Leland A. Bryant in 1930. But should Ms. Perry happen to fall in love with the Nationally Landmarked building--which counts Cary Grant and Bette Davis among its former tenants--and decide to stay, she might want to check out this pocket listing for a 1+1 on the third floor. The 780 square foot unit features hardwood floors, arched doorways, French windows, built-ins, crown molding, and "a grand fireplace." Last sold for $408,000 in 2003, it's now priced at $750,000.
