Bike sharing is sweeping the Southland--there are programs planned for Anaheim, Santa Monica, and of course LA (which will have the nation's second biggest after NYC)--and now Long Beach has joined the party. Yesterday, the city agreed to let Bike Nation, which is apparently "the continent's only bike sharing company," set up a program with 250 kiosks and 2,500 bikes.
