Ontario isn't waiting to actually take control of LA/Ontario International Airport before it starts running it--it's gone ahead and formed the Ontario International Airport Authority, which will "review the development of an airport business plan, stay updated on talks with Los Angeles on the airport's transfer and review options for airport management." Officials say they'll consider letting the city of LA, which runs Ontario's current operator, in on the joint powers fun. [The Sun]
