Last we saw this house in Beverly Grove, it was 2009, the market sucked, and asking price was $2.699 million (chopped down from $3.299 million)--it sold in August that year for $2.3 million. The 1925 house once belonged to decorator Charles Pollack, who was buddies with Mae West and Bette Davis; supposedly Davis stayed so often in one of the suites here that it's now named after her. The house comes with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a courtyard, an atrium, a wetbar, a dining room, a pool, a guesthouse, and complete reno "with the finest vintage fixtures, stone, textiles, appliances and AV equipment." Asking price today is $3.699 million.
