NFL Stadium Wars: The Study is Out And...

Surprisingly, the use of the Rose Bowl as a temporary home for an NFL team while a permanent home is built, will result in noise and traffic impacts because people will go to the games. People ruin everything! Via the Pasadena Star-News: "The proposed project, which has attracted strong opponents and supporters, would generate noise levels that would exceed the city's standards, "significantly interfere with existing recreational facilities in the Central Arroyo," and result in "significant impacts" to intersections, streets and transit systems during weekday and weekend events, according to the draft [Environmental] report." Comments on the draft report are currently being taken, so now is your chance to suggest they use gondolas to ferry people through the skies and actually receive a response. [Star-News]
