The daughters of a former Beverly Hills traffic cop are auctioning off a huge cache of signed photos of stars including Marilyn Monroe, Jimmy Stewart, and Greta Garbo. How did the cop get them all? But he made no secret of offering to let them off a ticket in return for a signed photo of them." [Daily Mail, image via]
