The lawyer accused of hassling smokers at the Oakwood Woodland Hills has been evicted. Anti-secondhand smoke crusader John Birke has lived at the Oakwood for nearly two decades, but was found to have "caused a nuisance when he wet smokers with water two years ago using a spray bottle."
