This flashy flip on Mulholland Drive just hit the market last month asking $3.329 million--the sellers had left some (presumably) sixties-era columns intact, but gave the rest of the house a sleek makeover very much in keeping with the current Hollywood Hills vogue. Well, ridiculously young and successful musician Bruno Mars has snapped it up, reports the ever-on-top-of-it Real Estalker. The house comes with three bedrooms, "floor to ceiling retractable Fleetwood walls of glass," Swarovski lighting, a "steam shower for at least 2," a massage and gym area, and a hefty security system. The flippers bought the house in May 2011 for $1.235 million. Mars paid $3.254 million, according to Redfin.
