Well, it would appear that congratulations are in order, both to the new owners and to the sellers (but especially the sellers) of Treehaven, the historic Craftsman-style compound in Mt. Washington. Listed on May 31 for $949,000, the property went pending two weeks later. Per Redfin, a sale closed this week with a final price tag of $1.35 million. Yep, that's right: $401k over asking. No word on whether it was an all-cash deal.
