The legal dispute that's been raging for years over the highly pedigreed old Chandler estate in Windsor Square has finally been settled. Current owners Joseph Handleman and Courtney Callahan had alleged that former owner Timothy Corrigan misled them about the condition of the house, concealing "faulty water pipes, leaky roofs, black mold, raw sewage and dangerous wiring," but an arbitrator found yesterday that Corrigan did no such thing. Meanwhile, the house is still on the market asking $11.25 million. [LAT]
