Why did someone appeal the approval for the Venice Boardwalk zipline? Appellant Gail Rogers cites "noise, access to the beach and ocean views," and says "It's just cheesy to me ? It doesn't belong here. Maybe in Vegas or Costa Rica" (???). Meanwhile, the zipline company seems pretty bummed out by the delay: "I don't know if we should open up in the fall and hang out in the fog." [LAT, previously]
