We first saw this 1924 Spanish in Los Feliz last fall, when it hit the market for the first time since 1952 sporting painted white beams and some very lovely kitchen tiling. It sold in February this year for $1.075 million and now re-hits the market as a flip with restored beams (yay!) and a painted taupe kitchen (boo!). But was that pool there before? Listing says: no, so you're coming out ahead, flippers. The house has also been reconfigured up to four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, and also comes with a dining room, and breakfast room. New asking price is $1.489 million.
