The marquee on the poor Warner Grand Theatre in San Pedro was cracked and dented this past weekend, possibly by a truck. Meanwhile, it's set to find out this week if it will get $400,000 in renovation money out of the ruins of LA's old redevelopment agency. Along with fixing cracked terrazzo and buckling marble, stewards would like to expand the women's restrooms--right now, "intermissions often must be extended." [Daily Breeze, image via]
