Mid-century architect Hal Levitt designed many a celebrity home (Jennifer Aniston, Vidal Sassoon, possibly Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi), but this one in Outpost Estates, which belongs to Dexter's Michael C. Hall, is a little special because Levitt himself lived here for decades. The house was originally built in 1933, but Levitt did an extensive remodel when he moved in (the listing says that was in 1964); it now has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a dining room, patio, pool, and gym. Asking price is $1.995 million.
