HOLLYWOOD: The Avenue, that huge high-end rental building at La Brea and Hollywood, is doing pretty swift business: it's now 65 percent leased five months after opening (it has 180 units total averaging 1,100 square feet). Rents run between $2,350 and $11,000 per month. [Curbed Inbox]
