Silicon Beach is Real: Mapping LA's Growing Tech Scene

It's no secret that technology and maps have been enjoying a particularly lucrative marriage in recent years. Case in point: Forbes's recent release of Represent.LA, an interactive map that compiles "Startups, Accelerators, Incubators, Coworking Spaces and VCs & Angels" for LA's burgeoning tech industry. Unsurprisingly, the map is especially bountiful in the Silicon Beach area of Santa Monica and Venice. Represent.LA was developed to follow up on an earlier post that argued that Silicon Beach provides a more ample bounty of tech industry players than even the Silicon Valley in Northern California.
