Just 40 days on the open market and this lovely mid-century home in the Bird Streets has already had a $50,000 whack. According to Blockshopper, the home is owned by Kristian Lundin who had writing and producing credits on a number of boy band hits including the Backstreet Boys "Quit Playing Games with My Heart" and "I Want it that Way" and N'SYNC's "Bye Bye Bye". He also wrote a song for Celine Dion. Really, this man has no redeeming qualities.
