The most badass celebrity real estate ninja in town has made a somewhat surprising purchase in the Pacific Palisades. Diane Keaton is a preservationist, architectural restorer and flipper, and Arts District landlord already, and last we heard, she was thinking about building herself a new house. Now she's picked up a six-bedroom in Pacific Palisades that was just built in 2009, according to Trulia. The house sits on about a quarter of an acre near Temescal Canyon and comes with nine bathrooms, pool and spa, gym with full bathroom, theater, wine room, two wetbars, and a roof deck. Keaton paid $5.6 million and we're skeptical she'll be living there herself, but who knows?
