This snazzy post and beam was designed in 1961 by the Riverside-based architecture firm of Pearson & Rawdon. According to the description from a previous outing on the market, the two-story house was originally built for partner Blaine N. Rawdon's mother. Sited on a quarter-acre lot west of the Cahuenga Pass, it features three bedrooms, one and three-quarters baths, hardwood and tile floors, a gas fireplace, walls of glass, city and canyon views, and a hot tub. Last sold in 2006 for $1.251 million, it's now asking $1.05 million.
