Return of the Paul Lynde/Moby Hollywood Regency in the Hills

New, 20 comments

Any house above the Sunset Strip probably has some kind of fabulous pedigree or other, but this one is especially fun: it was designed by king of Hollywood Regency John Elgin Woolf; has been owned by everyone's favorite zing-slinger, Paul Lynde; and currently belongs to musician (and architectural enthusiast/excellent homeowner) Moby and Alice + Olivia clothing designer Stacey Bendet. They first listed it in June 2010 asking $3.495 million. The three-bedroom, four and a half-bathroom house comes with a dining room, wood-paneled ceilings, built-in bookcases, a trapezoidal pool, two-car garage, and guesthouse, all on a street-to-street lot. It's been on and off the market since we first saw it, but now it's back with some fabulous new photos (that cabana! that breakfast room!) and a new, slightly higher price: $3.695 million.
