Work begins Monday to repave curvy San Vicente Blvd. (between Beverly and Santa Monica Blvds.) to make way for the removal of street parking, including meters, and the addition of a bike lane, West Hollywood mayor Jeffrey Prang announced in his newsletter. The work will take two weeks and will include green bicycle boxes painted on the street; they help increase the visibility of cyclists at intersections by putting them ahead of cars.
