Located, a hop, skip and another hop from the freight train line running just across the street, Curbed commenters were less than enthused when we first introduced this collection of detached single family homes (per the City's small lot subdivision ordinance) in 2011. But this unit is on the inside of the development , so maybe the other units will absorb some of that noise. Other than the train barreling down the nearby tracks, the area seems pretty walkable. So that's something.
