Singer/angry person Chris Brown bought a glassy pad in Lake Hollywood way back in November, so what of the WeHo party condo he left behind (presumably because the neighbors reportedly hated his partying ways and he had racked up thousands of dollars in parking tickets because of some sort of disabled parking space SNAFU)? Why here it is, via the blog of Aaroe agent Justin Alexander. Brown only owned the penthouse (fourth floor) condo at 8265 Fountain for a year--he bought it in February 2011 for $1.6 million. It has three bedrooms and four bathrooms in 3,000 square feet, with direct elevator access, an open floor plan, and bamboo floors. The listing also knows that it comes with two parking spaces; presumably the issues Brown had with those have been ironed out. Asking price is $1.895 million with HOAs of $605 per month.
