Last three images via Real Estalker Kelsey Grammer is an experienced flipper (see Real Estalker for a partial list of his properties), but he didn't have any luck with this English Country house in Holmby Hills when he tried to offload it in 2008. He and then-wife Camille Grammer had only picked it up the year before for $13.7 million; they were asking $19.9 million not 13 months after purchase. The house has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a media room, a dining room, a gym, a big yard, a pool, and a four-car garage. The listing also mentions that "No expense has been spared remodeling," but it's not clear when that might have happened (there are no current interior listing photos!). The new asking price will presumably still net the now-divorced and remarried Grammer a nice little profit: $17.999 million.
