Former Yahoo CEO Lists Michael Graves in Malibu For $50MM

New, 27 comments

Former Yahoo CEO Terry Semel buys and sells major houses like it ain't a thing--he paid $8.3 million just for a place to stay while he renovated his house in Bel Air--and now he's selling off a whale. Today he's listed his Michael Graves-designed house on Malibu's Carbon Beach--the property was built in 1992 and is composed of three pavilions totaling 10,300 square feet, including a copper-roofed one just for screenings ("This building can be appreciated as a stand-alone piece of art") and one that's a two-story guesthouse. There's also a three-story rotunda, a pool, 151 feet of beach frontage, nine bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. Asking price: $50 million.
