Guess? co-founder and 2010 gubernatorial candidate Georges Marciano is giving it another, slightly less crazy go, trying to sell his fancy old mansion in Beverly Hills. The house was designed by architect Robert D. Farquhar and built in 1927 for Columbia Pictures head Harry Cohn; Marciano bought it in 1988, according to the Real Estalker. It sits on more than two acres and comes with seven bedrooms; nine bathrooms; a two-story, wood-paneled foyer; a dining room; a billiards room; a card room; two kitchens; a library; a screening room; two guesthouses, a sunken tennis court; terraces; and a pool and cabana. Now that is some fancy Old Hollywood livin'. Marciano first listed the house back in 2005 for an unknown sum, then tried again in 2007 asking $28 million. Back in January, the Real Estalker heard that the house would be coming back at an optimistic $32 million, but it's now hit the MLS at just $24.5 million.
