Balconies with swimming pools enclosed in glass are now a thing, with Hong Kong architect James Law and Indian real estate company Wadhwa Group developing a 37 story tower in Mumbai that features the amenity. The Daily Mail says reception has been less than laudatory, with Gizmodo calling the balconies an "architectural nightmare" and a writer referring to them as "crazy." The feature certainly seems quite risky for a country that gets as many as earthquakes as India, though the renderings are pretty. [Daily Mail]
