A well-placed tipster tells us that Matt Damon has just picked up this .68 acre property in the Pacific Palisades (NB: It's still listed for sale and we can't confirm any sale). The accompanying house was designed by KAA Design and built in 2004; it has seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, vaulted mahogany ceilings, an atrium, an office, "a serious gym," and a five-car garage. There's also a pool with some rather elaborate water feature action. The house is listed at $15.95 million. We're told Damon paid $15 million.
