Megan Ellison, the filthy rich twentysomething who bankrolls some of the industry's more interesting films (the True Grit remake, Kathryn Bigelow's Osama bin Laden film, Paul Thomas Anderson's Scientology-ish movie) is downsizing her compound in the Bird Streets. She owns three properties up there totaling $32.85 million, but has just listed one for sale. The house was renovated by Steve Hermann and has his standard glassy look.
