Who know if this will happen or not, but blogger Brigham Yen is reporting that there are preliminary plans to raze that burned-out dump at Fourth and Broadway and replace it with a 42,000 square foot retail mall and "25,000 square foot rooftop entertainment sky park featuring a pedestrian friendly passage, artwork display & kiosks." Developer Sassony Group is early in the process, so who knows if the design in the rendering will stick (commenters are breathing fire on Yen's site). [Brigham Yen, image via]
