Inside Downtown's Brockman Lofts, Leasing April 28

New, 26 comments

It was a happy day recently when it was revealed that Downtown's century-old Brockman building had finally resolved its bankruptcy issues, found a buyer, and was getting prepped to open as rental residences. PR for the building's new owners, Denver-based Simpson Housing Group, have now provided us with some images of the newly-named Brockman Lofts, which will feature 80 recently-renovated units ranging from 802 to 2,279 square feet (those include four penthouse units). Rents start at $2,200 permonth. At the bottom of the building, of course, is the crazy-popular Bottega Louie restaurant, but on the roof of the BL is a pool with some killer views. Meanwhile, the bathrooms look large and modern, with granite countertops. Outside of the washroom is a peek of some brick walls, while another image displays an industrial ceiling with lots of open space, hence the loft name. If you like what you see, leasing begins April 28 at the onsite office.

From the release: "Premium finishes include hardwood flooring, soaring ceilings; GE Monogram appliances; granite or marble countertops in the baths and kitchens; custom tile, marble or granite backsplashes in the kitchens and baths; marble bathrooms; deep soaking tubs; separate showers; upgraded lighting and plumbing fixtures; and washers and dryers. An exclusive amenities package includes a fitness lounge, hot and cold plunge pools, roof top lounge with outdoor kitchen, onsite garage parking and concierge service."
