We're not quite sure what to make of this newly listed mid-century modern in Encino. Although we were irresistibly drawn in by the attractive main exterior shot, our feelings toward the 1960 residence vacillated with every subsequent shot. While the three-bedroom, two-bath property has many appealing traits--including high ceilings, two fireplaces, walls of glass, panoramic views, and a saltwater pool--it also seems to lack a certain cohesiveness, though different staging could certainly improve that impression. Last sold for $669,000 in 2002, the 2,432 square foot home is now listed at $925,000.
