Is it List Your Late Buff & Hensman Week or what? The architecture firm is most well known for its mid-century post and beam houses, but moved to blockier forms in later decades. Yesterday, we saw the 1988 Buff House, designed for the architecture firm's partner Conrad Buff III. Today it's the Schulman House in Brentwood, which Redfin says was built in 1989 (a Buff & Hensman website says it was 1995). The house has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, "astonishingly simple floor plan," skylights, a dining room, a wetbar, a glass-walled breakfast room, and a pool. According to PropertyShark, the house still belongs to a Schulman. Asking price is $6.95 million.
